True parallel jaw motion for easy tooling.
Totally sealed unit with air purge:
(i) Unit can be slightly pressurized to prevent debris or coolant from entering
(ii) A vacuum can be applied to evacuate any contaminants from inside the unit in a clean room environment
Units are permanently lubricated for non-lube air operation, allowing for OSHA compliance.
Piston seals are quad-ring type for long service life.
Additional side mounting holes and side air ports for optional mounting and porting.
Optional stroke adjustment for operating in tiht places.
Proximity switches are available to monitor open and closed position of the jaws.
Series AGP-500 is fully field repairable for cost savings and minimum down time.
